LoveYourBrain is led by Ed Stott MSc, a brain health and nutrition coach with advanced training in psychology, metabolic health, and nervous system-based approaches.

Ed’s background bridges neuroscience, nutrition, and behaviour change, allowing him to work with both performance-focused clients and those navigating complex brain-related symptoms.
