1-2-1 Coaching
Whether you opt for one of our programs or are looking for something more flexible, we provide ongoing 1-2-1 coaching and regular check-in’s to monitor progress, make necessary adjustments and provide support and motivation.
Regular Assessements
To track your progress, we might choose to periodically reassess your cognitive function and overall health. These assessments help us fine-tune your program and ensure you continue to move towards your health goals.
